How can I become a fashion designer when I'm 13?

I will not reveal my real age, but I really want to become a designer In When I'm 13! I have a friend and his dad works in a vacuum and have presented some of my designs to him and told me I must be 12 years or more! Are there other places where I can become a fashion designer? PS I'm very good at team building! I have tons of sketches of dresses they design! And my friends and I love design my family! Although not Stich or make my own clothing designs I love drawing!
