Can I return a damaged dress to Norstrom?
I have a silk Donna Ricco dress from Norstrom. No longer have the receipt. When I picked it up from the dry cleaners there were what look like burn marks on the dress. Do you know if they will take it back or exchange it for a new one?
It wasn't damaged when you bought it, the burn marks are obviously from the dry cleaners, take it up with them.
So, the answer would be no, they shouldn't have to give you a new one or do anything for you, sorry.
