Why a career in fashion?

Well now that it has decided to have a career in fashion or perhaps are just thinking about it. No matter where you are in your life is important to define what their values before deciding on his career. Believe me you take any work that is not satisfied unless it aligns with the values of its core.

When I started working full time was not sure what I wanted to do. So, I took the first job I could find. Now the work was taken as an accountant at a brokerage house small. This was probably the most boring job in the world (at least for me), there up with being a toll taker. My job was to make customers the orders and write in a book card. This is before the computers (yes, there was a long before computers.) I worked on an old typewriter 100 years manual (no electric power and we had back then). I only enough work by day for the rest of the day I spent reading books and talking with women who were 30 years older than me and in a completely different place than me. I was at work for 9 months and I was miserable the whole 9 months. Now for some people this work would be ideal. The hours were established, work was not difficult, who come to socialize and never had to worry about work or bring work stress home. You've done your job and they did. For me, work was terrible because they do not align with my core values, which were and are the achievements, challenges, individual growth, progress and the ability to make big money. The next job I had was much much more in the lineup.

I love working in the fashion business. I've been in business for many years and is still fun. Still I have a passion for it is because it meets my most important values. My job is great because it is creative, interesting and challenging. I am building a business. Building a business me is the most interesting and fun. Monday morning is not difficult for me because I have something to expect when you return to work after the weekend. I have balance in my life because every day of my life is worthwhile and not just on weekends. I can not image living only for weekends. That would mean that most part of my day sucked. That is no way to live.

The values defining a person's beliefs that he or she has an emotional investment (either in favor or against something.) Whether we are aware of them or not, everyone has a basic set of personal values. Values can range from the commonplace, such as the belief in hard work and punctuality, to the more psychological, such as independence, self reliance, and personal growth. Think about what your personal values. How equate to what you want to do in the world of fashion. If art is important to be likely to benefit from being a designer or stylist. Or maybe be a writer is what you like and want to put together the values of being artistic and express their artistic side while writing. Is not that a fashion editor to be a good way for you? Write your beliefs is a perfect way to explore where in the world of fashion you'd like to go. It is also useful when choosing a job. If you meet their core values top of what you know is the right path.
