Absolutely. It gives the viewer many ideas that I like. First, the belt and the low buttoned shirt does not go well together. It's almost as if were invited in. Secondly, the jacket makes it look wider than it is actually clashing with the belts of the idea of "fine tuning. Now I'm not saying Bigs belts arn't bad. I love big belts. But that just brought everything together mixes business with fashion, which I dislike. Now if I were to just focus I add hueghs of yellow, yellow shoes (flats high heels) or perhaps yellow earrings. And instead of that look jacket, I would go with a nice shirt and khaki perhaps to go along with it.
