Find the relevant content and external use to improve coding of search engine placement
Do you have a lot of javascript code in the header section of your web pages? Do you re-list CSS styles at the top of every page? Does javascript code spread throughout its web pages?
If you answered yes to any of these questions your site may scare off search engines and the loss of search engine ranking position.
As you can imagine the search engine spiders have a lot of pages to get through when they index web sites. To improve their speed and efficiency of search engines program their spiders to give up easily if they have problems with a page or have to wade through Too much code to find relevant content.
This is one reason why it is so important keywords as close to the top of the page as possible. In this way the search bot will see the keywords before giving up and move to the next page.
But what if you have a lot of javascript code or CSS styles pushing the keywords per page in your code? You need to find a way to reduce all that the code gets in the way of the search engines to index your page properly.
We do this by moving the javascript and CSS code of the page and external files. This is a fairly easy process and with a direct interest and can have the added benefit of making your pages load faster, so that search engines also like.
In many CSS styles and JavaScript work similarly. Set functions in a script or format in a style sheet section, and then refer to the article in html code. For example, if you have a JavaScript that displays a clock on your page would have the javascript functions for the clock shown in his section head, simply call that function from the place of the page the clock is displayed.
Similarly set with CSS styles to their advance into a Styles section of the head of page, then simply refer to styles as needed in your HTML code. One advantage is that drastically reduces the amount of code required format compared to the use of font tags.
If you want to use the same javascript or CSS styles on a different page that you can copy all the code in the new page. But this could cause two different problems, first would add a lot of code to each page and second if you want to make a change to the javascript or CSS styles that should be done in each page that the code had been copied.
Both problems can be solved simply by using external files. Create an external file for your records CSS and one for javascript. These could be called mysite.css for CSS and javascript to mysite.js. These files can be created in any text editor or code editor HTML, which are just files that contain most of the CSS or javascript code from Web pages.
With javascript you have an opening JavaScript label, then a comment tag, then a variety of functions and what not, followed by a closing comment tag and a closing tag javascript. Your external file would start with the opening comment tag, contains all the functions and such, and end with the closing comment tag. You would both the opening and closing javascript tags in the html page. If you have more than one javascript on the page you can move all the code JS external file. Simply copy the file in the order that exists in the javascript tags on the html page. Just need a pair of opening and closing comment tags.
Once the javascript moves off the page must tell the web page where to find it. This is done in the JavaScript tag who remained in the page header section. Now this will be an opening javascript tag placed right up against the closing javascript tag, with no additional code in the middle. You will place the reference to the external JavaScript code inside the opening JavaScript tag like:
script language = "JavaScript" type = "text / javascript" src = "mysite.js"
Placing CSS styles in an external file is handled in exactly the same way. Move styles in the external file and then refer to that external file with your style tag in the head section of the website as follows:
href = link mysite.css "rel =" stylesheet "type =" text / css "
An added benefit of moving the code into files external is that you can change the style of your site usually does not change the code in an external file.
Once you have moved the code into files external have been greatly simplified the code to each page. This will take you a long way to make your pages lean and mean and very search engine friendly.
