the sound is actually quite poor but ho ho – when its on 100% you can just about hear it over the dishwasher.

Volume is similar between digi tv and most dvd’s. Some dvd’s are quieter....

but one is actually LOUDER – much louder – 30% volume is equal to 100% with anything else. And the sound is good quality – dosent distort until you get it right up to 100% - (just like an on an old fashioned telly or radio) - But up to there its great.

But why only on one dvd? ( a p2p of fifi and the flowertots....)

so the speakers have got it in them – the vol control just dosent go far enough. Any ideas if I can work round this to get the vol up for everything else – within reason, of course.
