The mystery of a woman's decision to purchase Fashion
Men are from abject terror of trying to deepen the unknown territory of the mind of a woman when it comes to deciding to buy a fashion item, either a dress, handbag or even a pair of cowboy boots!
What is the logic that drives a woman to buy a particular fashion item is the price, is what it seems, or is something right out of context?
The year was 1981 - my 10 year old daughter and lived with my parents and younger brother. During the Christmas holidays, I came home from work, I greeted my parents, when my father shouted, "It's better than you teach your daughter the value of a dollar. "Stunned by this sudden attack, I timidly asked" Why? "My daughter was asked a pair of cowboy boots (which were all the rage this year) and had very blatantly refused to buy, either for Christmas or otherwise. As my brother and I do not really along, he, I'm sure to regret, gave $ 50 to buy a pair. My parents took my daughter to buy these cowboy boots in the mall nearby. When they entered the Zellers (Canada's response to Wal-Mart), there was a pair of boots for about $ 30.00. No, she did not want those boots, she wanted a pair of very specific boots that the total cost of $ 50.00. She and her grandfather apparently had a heated discussion about which pair to buy. She ended up buying the pair I wanted my father thought it was ridiculous. As he was concerned, the two pairs of boots were similar and did not see any reason why he could not buy the pair cheaper and has $ 20.00 in my pocket. As she was concerned, wanted the pair of $ 50 and that was it.
She has not changed much since that time. Sometimes you choose a cheaper version of an element, but most times, she will choose exactly what you want no matter the cost.
There are probably numerous articles on the psychology of the purchasing decision of a woman, but I could not find any, so I will not bore you with details, apart say, in my opinion, there is simply no mystery why women choose to purchase any item from a particular fashion handbag. Of course, there are many variables that fall into this decision and here are just some that come into my decision to purchase:
My state of mind - there are times when I decide I want to go shopping, is then I can not find what I want, or nothing appeals to me. Is my goal is not to shop that do not find that special piece of fashion that screams - BUY ME NOW!
The available currencies in the portfolio - it is a variable dangerous because sometimes the desire to want the bag is larger than the budget available for purchase. However, my desire expand to the point of bankruptcy is usually much stronger than the desire.
The color and / or design. Although most fashionable designs are attractive, if not the right color, there was no way in God's green Earth was to purchase the item. For example, brown or orange are shadows in my palette. Even when I had my colors "done" in the fashion of the 80s, and are not included - thank God!
Storage - for many years I was a rat load, however, my daughter is not. Since then it has brought me to the light, so I can not buy something you have limited storage. You can only store so many bags.
Pure Laziness - especially when it comes to handbags and shoes. I am a girl who really can not be bothered to change my handbag frequently (see monthly changes too frequently for me). As for shoes, well, I have feet problems that limit the number of shoes I can buy and the cost.
It only takes a few seconds nano variables have all run through my head when the decision to buy. However, it is said, I throw caution to the wind and say, YES, YES, YES I want it.
So men, all I can say is that what the motivation of a woman has to buy the fashion product, can be also grin and bear it, then go buy this tool or golf club you want! Is not it the same?
