Do not quit your day job to start something new
In 1999, while working as brand manager for the package leading consumer goods manufacturer, I decided to start a small media and marketing company called Brand Connections.
I kept my day job and began part-time of the company. And for two years, that's just how I ran. I waited until I had enough experience and enough income to quit and go on with my business full time.
Nine years later, I start-up has become one of the largest companies in its space. Moreover, I have sold twice over $ 225 million.
