Study Fashion in Milan and Paris
The prestigious of fashion schools NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano) and Paris Parsons are proud to present the original of Fashion Summer School "From the Haute Couture Pret-à-Porter: a journey of European fashion design from Paris to Milan."
This course is an intensive field exploration of the history of fashion present in the European capitals of fashion and glamor: Paris and Milan. Therefore, The course is structured in two different sessions taking place in first place in the chic city of Paris (France) and then in the cosmopolitan city of Milan (Italy).
In this way, students will have the unique opportunity to experience the style, impeccable taste and personality of the biggest brands and most renowned in the global fashion system.
All participants, in fact, participate in individual and group workshops, lectures by experts and fashion designers, off-campus field trips, workshops, guided tours, museums, exhibitions, retail emporiums range high fashion that will feed your creativity.
In "De la Haute Couture Pret-à-Porter" of course fashion, current fashion trends will be analyzed in both cities and contextualized within a historical study of haute couture and prêt-à-porter, along with an observation of trends in the shops and design studios, which will help students understand the cultures of fashion and styles that made these cities unique in the world.
The course is scheduled for June 21 to July 2 in Paris, students will have three days Rest of independent travel to Italy, and the second part of the course will take place in Milan from July 5 to July 16.
The course is recommended for aspiring fashion designers and students interested in fashion management, journalism, fashion and cultural trends in fashion. The minimum age to participate in the course of fashion is 19 years at the start of the program.
