The 10 Rules of Reiki
In this article I thought it was going to establish ten things you can do - ten principles to keep in mind - to benefit your practice Reiki. This is not something that has come from Japan, or the first practitioners of Reiki is just something I've prepared myself. I hope this article will be of interest to people at all levels of Reiki.

(1) Reiki is all about you

Although Reiki is sometimes presented in the West as a kind of complementary therapy, a practice in the treatment technique, or a form of spiritual healing Japan, which is not what it has to do with Reiki. (2) Base your practice on the precepts

Usui Sensei established a spiritual system that was based on simple its precepts, its "rules of life." (3) Practice attention

Although not mentioned in most Reiki courses, the practice of mindfulness was an important part of Usui Sensei system like the precepts, and mindfulness that is hidden in the precepts! Mindfulness is a form of Meditation can be done at any time, in the exercise of ordinary, mundane activities like walking somewhere or do dishes or sipping tea, and increasingly involves conscious and fully aware of their thoughts and actions in the present moment, without judging, existing at the time.
When you are living in the moment "Fully engaged in what he is doing, with full awareness of the present moment, then you are existing in a state where there is anger and there is no concern. (4) The work itself every day

Reiki is not something you can take from time to time, play around with a little, and then drop again ... not if you are looking to receive the many benefits that are available in the system anyway. If you are looking for consistent profits then you need constant practice. The commandments say "just for today" and that is a good starting point: just do something with Reiki today. You can handle that. It need not be hours and hours worth. Just do something for 10 minutes: you have ten minutes. Do something for 20 minutes. And if you have ten minutes, get up 10 minutes before: problem solved.
Do not worry about what will tomorrow: just focus on today.
When tomorrow comes, do the same. Just do something with Reiki, even for ten minutes. Do not worry about tomorrow: just do something today.

(5) The commitment is the key

There are dramatic benefits to enjoy the practice of Reiki, and all you need do is work with constant energy, focus on the precepts and practice mindfulness. The benefits accrue cumulatively, you see, and sporadic and occasional practice is not enough if you want the most out of your Reiki. You will leave the information system that is willing to carry it, so Reiki deserves a little of your time each day. Should be continued in a few simple things, some simple exercises or routines, and make it a regular part of your day, as regular part of your routine as brushing teeth or hair.
And once you have established a regular habit of working with Reiki itself then you'll find it hard to stop: it is discovered that I really miss your session Hatsurei or treating yourself, if not a day. That's the kind of position you want is to go and commit to working with Reiki every day, even a little uncomfortable, you get to that point.

(6) Do not overdo it

While we need to engage and establish a decent routine work with ourselves in order to obtain the many benefits that are available to us through Reiki, we must also make sure that does not try too hard, work too long or take too seriously our practice. Reiki is best enjoyed in a smooth, relaxed and happy and not in a clenched fists, frowning, tense, ready for a lot of hard work "kind of way. We do not force Reiki and do not require an intense practice on ourselves.
Reiki is like a stream flowing water, and are a raw rock sitting in the flow. The rock is soft, of course, but this will be achieved smoothly, through having constant water flow, and this will be made in his own time.

(7) You do not need to be perfect

(8) Do not keep trying to figure out "Why"

Do not continue trying to determine why a particular color that you or the recipient of the saw in the treatment of the media, or consider the meaning of a color that you saw when self-treatment. (9) Trust your intuition

Next to not question everything what you feel or not feel, should not also continue to doubt the things you are feeling and perceiving. If you feel something, sorry: not making it up. You can not make you feel something.
So if you notice that the energy is flowing in you stronger in a particular area when self-treatment, and accept that the accompanying self-treatment for more time there than in other positions. (10) Ignore the silly rules and restrictions

While we are making sure that we are not clogging our practice with endless thoughts, questions and doubts, we must also consider expelled unnecessary for the various rules, regulations and restrictions that may have been taught. Reiki does not have to be controlled, dull and restricted by man-made rules that do not are based. Reiki Reiki is safe and simple, and simple approaches are usually most effective.

So, to get the most out of your Reiki, I recommend you make a commitment to yourself to work on yourself every day as your top priority, but not beating yourself up if you miss the occasional day. Ho Use Hatsurei and self-treatment, focus on the precepts and attention to drip more and more of their daily activities. Do not overdo it when: be happy and forgive yourself because you do not have to be perfect. Try not to saturate your mind with a lot of thoughts, doubts and questions: just be neutral, have no expectations, and empty the contents. And be sure to keep it simple.
