How fashion designers decide what is "in" and what is "off" seasons?
I like How do you know what fabric or style that is used for the seasons? Also, how do they decide what styles are "in" and what styles "out"? I am an aspiring fashion designer and would like to know how it works.
They all come together and sit at a table and decide.
