Who are the best and worst dressed men of 2010?
The beginning of a new year brings the inevitable fashion praise of the wearer and what styles will be in season next year. Magazines, websites and bloggers fashion everything possible to try to figure that has his finger on the pulse of style and simply not be allowed to dress, the list of best dressed men of the world has attracted some surprising names from a hat.

Maybe it's the added pressure of having all eyes on him that led the Prime Minister to opt for a little tired for man shoes and plain clothes, and it is very difficult to photograph wearing nothing but his trademark combination of a blue suit and tie red.
