Can you help with this dilemma of fashion?

I am a 28yr stay at home mom of 2. The last time I went dress was 2 years ago. Am 5'4 "150 pounds and a size 12. What is a good place for me to go shopping?" I love NY & Co, but is that appropriate? I have a shirt I bought Charlotte Rouse in a couple of years ago, that is pure lace with velvet trim and bell sleeves .. only used once ... I can use it again and not look like I'm out fashion circuit? Still I have a belly of my last pregnancy and I just want to see my husband alive the work X-Mas on Sunday .....
