I have a scar on my stomach, self concious about wearing bikini?

I have a scar on my stomach from a surgery I had to remove a cancer I had when I was 2. (It's all gone now and I've been healthy since then.) I have a swimming party coming up later this week and I really don't want to wear my usual tankini swimsuit. I feel like a little kid wearing one. I want to wear a bikini but I'm scared people will look at my scar. I mean I could cross my arms and cover it, but that would be hard to do the whole party. When I'm swimming you wont be able to see it either. But idk, should I wear a bikini? Here's kind of what my scar looks excepy mines on my stomach, of course, and it goes horizonally. Sorry, I know its a weird pic, but its the closest match I could find to my scar.

Don't try to cover it up. This is a scar that was left from a surgery that saved your life. If any ignorant person comments on it, tell them what happened and they will feel like an a-hole. If It's anything like the pic, it's not a disgusting looking scar at all. You have nothing to be ashamed of.
